- Your Moving Consultant conducts a Needs
Analysis survey with you to understand
your unique relocation needs.
- Your Moving Consultant makes arrangements
for an onsite survey of household goods
to determine size of shipment and any
other additional requirements you may
have.
- A van line agent transmits the survey
information to our mover.
- Your Moving Consultant next calculates
the cost of your move and applies our
volume discounts.
- Your Moving Consultant discusses the
cost, dates, options and answers your
questions.
- Your Moving Consultant then makes all
of the arrangements with our movers.
- Your Moving Consultant stays with you
to manage your entire move and is available
after for assistance 24 hours per day.
